Efficacy (indications):
Pigs: Treatment of diseases caused by Actinomyces pleuropneumonia, Pasteurella pneumonia, Salmonella, Escherichia coli and other susceptible bacteria.
Chickens (excluding laying hens): For the treatment of Escherichia coli infection.
Anguilliformes: For the treatment of infections caused by hydrophilic Aeromonas group, Pseudomonas fluorescens, Edwardsiella, or Pseudomonas anguillarum that are susceptible to this agent.
Salmoniformes: Treatment of infections caused by Vibrio spp. or Aeromonas salmonidus or hydrophilic Aeromonas groups that are susceptible to this agent.
Cypriniformes: Treatment of infections caused by hydrophilic Aeromonas group, Pseudomonas fluorescens, Edwardsiella or Vibrio that are susceptible to this agent.
Muscovy ducks (excluding egg-laying ducks): For the treatment of waterfowl Lyme disease.
Ingredients: Each ml contains:
Florfenicol…………..100mg
Pigs: During treatment, give 0.01ml-0.02ml (equivalent to 1-2mg titer) of this agent per kilogram of body weight per day, add to drinking water and mix, then administer orally.
Chickens (excluding laying hens): During treatment, give 0.2 ml (equivalent to 20 mg of protein) per kilogram of body weight per day. Add to 1/4 to 1/2 of the chicken's daily drinking water, mix well, and administer orally for 5 consecutive days.
Cypriniformes, Anguilliformes, Salmoniformes: Administration route: oral, 10 mg/kg/day, for 3-5 consecutive days.
Muscovy ducks (excluding laying hens): 40 mg per kg body weight, once a day for 5 consecutive days.
Withdrawal period: 3 days for pigs, 5 days for chickens, 5 days for Cypriniformes, 7 days for Anguilliformes, 14 days for Salmoniformes, and 14 days for Muscovy ducks (excluding laying hens).
